1)The Feature of heat pump energy recovery ventilation unit
a.Hig-grad configuration, reliable running
Global famous fully-closed scroll compressor is used;external balance thermostiatic expansion valve,solenoid valve and other refrigerating parts of renowned brands are adopted.
b.Fully fresh air ,high air quality
Fresh air coming from the outdoors can be directly treated by the unit, and polluted indoor air due to human activities and building materials can be exhausted;freshair ,exhaust air channel heat exchange not only meet air conditioning requirements,but also ensures the absolute fresh air,fundamentally prohibiting cross contamination of air,and ozone disinfection UV germicidal lamp and high static pressure dust removal device are also optional.
c.Independent fresh air refrigerating system
Compared to conventional chilled water systems,the evaporation temperature of the unit is 8-10ºC higher,and second heat exchange for the transfer of chilled water is not needed,enhancing refrigerating efficiency by at least 30%.
d.Cooling tower and outdoor unit not needed
Using pipe-piece evaporation condensation technology,make fulluse of fin surface evaporation of water film through the mass transfer and heat transfer can be realized within the refrigerant condenser cooling cold film,crew integration,structural design,no outdoor unit without the need for cooling towers and high-power cooling pumps,fans,pumps and engineering of distribution power.
e.Patented all heat recovery technology having heat recovery efficiency at least 85% and evaporative condensation units up to 92%
Low-temperature low-humidity indoor exhaust air is used as the cooling air of the evaporative condenser,which not only uses the sensible heat(temperature difference)of the indoor air exhaust heat,but uses the latent heat(humidity difference),ensuring condensation effect is greatly better than that of the direct using outdoor air for cooling,preventing the energy loss due to air displacement and ventilation.Likewise,during heating of the unit, the high or low-temperature air exhausted from indoors can be used as the heat exchange souce at teh side of the evaporator.Compared with traditional central air conditioningsystems, it saves energy for about 50%.
f.Condensed water discharge system not needed(unique for evaporative condenser)
The condensed water coming from fresh air evaporation and to be treated can be directly introduced into the air exhaust condensation system of the unit a the cooling water,without the use of condensed water discharge system.Because lower condensed water temperature,not only the cooling capacity can e recovered,but the advanced film-type water cooling method can be utilized, enabling the cooling method can be utilized,enabling the cooling water to sufficiently wet the condensing fins,reinforce the heat exchange of condensing plate,and effectively overcome the scale phenomenon due to the water film on the fin liable to "dry point"
g.Independent ventilating system not needed
In the transitional seasons, fresh air can be used to bear indoor load,and only the supplying and exhaust fans are run to achieve automatioc air exchange,without starting the compressor,meanwhile it's no need of an independent air exchange system,greatly saving energy.
h.Advanced control,safe and reliable
All chinese LCD interface and microcomputer intelligent controller are adopted, have advanced control and completer functions;mechanical and electrical integrated design achieves unit start/shutdown program management,timing control,failure warning and fault self-diagnosis and other functions;the controller boasts optimal automatic control and power ful anti-interference capacity;multiple protections for e.g lack of phase ,phase sequence and unbalance,compressor overload,start delay, and abnormal air suction and discharge pressure,ans so on, ensuring running safety.Significantly lower initial investment.
