Chilled water assembly air handling unit
Double Skin Air Handling Unit, Industrial HVAC Modular Air Handling Unit
Description:
1. Frame and panel: Aluminium alloy fram, anti cold bridge design; Double skin panel, 30mm and 50mm thick for option, material is color steel, beautiful appearance.
2. Access door: Outward opening for negative pressure section, inward opening for positive pressure section, reduce air leakage. Access window is optional.
3. Fan system: DIDW backward or forward curved blade centrifugal fan; Impeller, shaft and casing have service lifespan for not less than 15years under normal condition; low running noise, high efficiency, finish dynamic balance test for delivery.
4. Motor: famous brand good quality motor, insulation class F. Belt drive, high quality V-shaped belt, anti vibration rubber or spring damper, reduce vibration transmission.
5. Heater/Heat exchanger:
Heaters available: electric heater or steam heater
Heat exchangers available: chilled/hot water, steam heating coil, copper tubes with aluminium fins. All coils are designed with CAD software, calculation as per flow speed, with excellent heat exchange effect.
Stainless steel or galvanized steel framework, anti-corrosion and high durability.
All coils are tested by 2.5MPa air pressure leak test.
6. Drain pan: Suitable slope drain pan, easy for water drainage, stainless steel or painted galvanized steel material. All pans have done leakage and pressure test.
7. Filteration: Adopt nylon or metal mesh prefilter, non woven plate filter for primary filter G3~G4(Efficiency 55%~75%), bag filter for secondary filter F7~F9(efficiency 80%~95%), HEPA filter or special function filter is optional
8. Air damper: galvanized steel or aluminium alloy material, manual or electronic regulation.
9. Humidifier: different types of humidifier for option: wet film humidifier,high pressure spray humidifier, steam humidifier, electrode humidfier, el. heating humidifier.
10. Wheel dehumidifier: can deal with humidity lower than 50%, higher efficiency than cooling dehumdifying, large dehumidify capacity, specially used for industrial humidifying.
11. Heat recovery section: plate type aluminium heat recovery or wheel heat recovery, high heat recovery efficiency, save energy, can be used as precooling or preheating.
12. All sections can be combined flexibly according to requirement.
