Description:

1. Double skin galvanized steel sheet, aluminium alloy frame, 30mm thick PU insulation.  
2. This heat recovery unit  is mainly used for heat recovery and ventilation, combined with supply fan and motor, exhaust fan and motor, heat recovery wheel and filters.
3. Energy saving and improve indoor air quality: this fresh air unit can not only introduce fresh air to                improve indoor air quality, at the same time, it exchanges heat with exhaust air, which can precool for preheat fresh air, save much energy.
4. Cooling coil or heating coil is optional at supply air section to be heat recovery AHU. 
5. Silica-gel heat recovery wheel, full heat recovery, high efficiency up to 80%. 
6. Washable nylon prefilter or plate filter G4 is installed at air intake. Bag filter is optional.
7. Air volume: 1000 m3/h ~20000 m3/h. 
8. Standard power supply: 380~415V/3PH/50Hz.

High-grade configuration, reliable running

Global famous hermetic scroll compressor is used; external balance thermostatic expansion valve, solenoid valve and other refrigerating parts of renowned brands are adopted.

Fully fresh air, high air quality

Fresh air coming from outside can be directly treated by the unit, and polluted indoor air due to human activities and building materials can be exhausted; fresh air, exhaust air channel heat exchange not only meet air conditioning requirements, but also ensures the absolute fresh air, fundamentally prohibiting cross contamination of air, and ozone disinfection UV germicidal lamp and high static pressure dust removal device are also optional.

 Independent fresh air refrigerating system

Compared to conventional chilled water systems, the evaporative temperature of the unit is 8~10ºC higher, and a second heat exchange for the transfer of chilled water is not needed, improving refrigerating efficiency by at least 30%.

Total heat recovery technology, with heat recovery efficiency for at least 85% and evaporative condenser units up to 92%

Low-temperature low-humidity indoor exhaust air is used as the cooling air of the evaporative condenser, which not only uses the sensible heat (temperature difference) of the indoor air exhaust heat, but uses the latent heat (humidity difference), ensuring condensation effect is greatly better than that of the direct using outdoor air for cooling, preventing the energy loss due to air displacement and ventilation. Likewise, during heating of the unit, the high or low-temperature air exhausted from indoors can be used as the heat exchange source at the side of the evaporator. Compared with traditional central air conditioning systems, it saves energy for about 50%.

 No condensed water drain system (unique for evaporative condenser)

The condensed water coming from fresh air evaporation and to be treated can be directly introduced into the air exhaust condensation system of the unit as the cooling water, without the use of a condensed water discharge system. Because lower condensed water temperature, not only the cooling capacity can be recovered, but the advanced film-type water cooling method can be utilized, enabling the cooling water to sufficiently wet the condensing fins, reinforce the heat exchange of condensing plate, and effectively overcome the scale phenomenon due to the water film on the fin liable to "dry point"

Advanced control, safe and reliable

English LCD interface and microcomputer intelligent controller are adopted, have advanced control and complete functions; mechanical and electrical integrated design achieves unit start/ shutdown program management, timing control, failure warning and fault self-diagnosis and other functions; the controller boasts optimal automatic control and powerful anti-interference capacity; multiple protections for e.g. lack of phase, phase sequence and unbalance, compressor overload, start delay, and abnormal air suction and discharge pressure, and so on, ensuring running safety.

This unit is mainly used in places where refrigeration and introduction of fresh air are required at the same time, such as hotels, factory workshops, underground civil air defense projects.
