Product Description

1)The Feature of 10 ton double skin Chilled water ahu ventilation air handling unit 
a.Frame structure
The latest reinforced aluminum alloy profile is used, with surface being subject to andoic oxidation treatment and internal foamed, to prevent the sweat phenomenon on the frame surface,being  firm and beautiful.
b.Box board
It's of sandwich board structure,with foam insulation, of standard thickness 25mm,in which the external material is the second sprayed dhot-dip galvanized sheet steel, of beautiful appearance,resistant to corrosion,rust and weathering;the inner plate is hot-dip galvanized sheet, also resistant to corrosion and rust;the middle rigid polyuredthane foam is uniformly mixed, providing closely integration of external and internal panels and excellent thermal insulation.The box board enjoys firm structure and has excellent performance against sound and vibration.
c.Structure of heat exchange oil
The heat exchange tube are arranged in the triangular staggered manner,generally48 rows;the heat exchanges tubes are made of high-quality copper(TP2).
The High-efficient heat exchanger is made on U.S.OAK assembly line. After overall passing through,the copper tube is closely integrated with the aluminum pieces,providing excellent heat transfer effect,satifsfactory for the occasions of the thermal performance requirements;precision processiong machinery and strict processing control ensure uniform piece distance and tight tube expansion.
The external frame of the coil is bent formed with galvanized stell sheet, being firm and durable;bolt connections are used to prevent rust duce to welding of the galvanized layer.
The design work pressure of the coil is 16 bars,test pressure 25 bars.
e.Fans and motors
Double air-intake centrifugal efficient fans are used, including a volute made of high-quality galvanized steel plate;the side plate enjoys elaborately designed streamlined appearance and machining air intake;the side plate is manufactured with one stamping,enjoying high stiffness,not liable to fatigue dampage;the external part of big fan is a fixed frame structure,enjoying high strngth,stable operation and low vibration;fan impellers are made of high-quality steel plate, of particular streamline shape;each impeller has passed the internal control static/dynamic balance inspection according to national standards.
Fan bearings are from international famous brands,are air-tight ball bearings ,being prior lubricated and aligned,needing no mainTENANCE DURING NORMAL USE  PERIOD.
Fan shafts are made of C-45 steel,being subject to rough processing, finishing,secondary quenching and tempering,and will not rust ,easy for repair and maintenance.
Generally low speed fans are used in order to minimize the noise and vibration on the premise that the requirements of  air quaitity and pressure are met.
Fan  motos are provided by renowed manufacturers,with insulation class B so as to ensure the quality and service life;in addition, the motors of given bradns can be provided when user requires so,or motor insulation class can be enhanced in order to meet the needs of different occasions.
The fans are driven by belts,i.e high-quality V-shaped belits;belt pulleys are precisely machined to ensure concentricity and in accurate matching of the belt;after fans and motors assembly, the second running dynamic balance inspection is carried out in order to achieve the minumum vibration and the highest transmission efficiency.
The bases of fans and notors are all equipped with suitable damper spring shock absorbers;fan outlets and outside box are all flexibly connected using anti-corrosive and moisture-resistant canvas.
f.Coil design
According to varied flows, temperature differences and operating conditions,different internal process designs are adopted in order to maintain coil heat exchange performance and coil water pressure drop at a reasonable and efficient levels and reduce applicaiton difficulty;designed head-on wind speed is 2.5m/s-2.8m/s,and special design requirements are also acceptable
g.Filters
Double nylon embossed nets are used,easy for replacement and removal,can be cleaned and used repeatedly.Non-wovem plate filter can also be fitted at the air intake when required, or a new fresh return air mixing box be used.
Large dust capacity:under the designed final resistance(double the initial resistance)the dust capacity per square meter is more than 100g.
