To build a perfect basement, we need to solve the problem fundamentally, and we need to design the system from many aspects, such as drainage prevention, moisture resistance, heat preservation, dehumidification, ventilation and materials.
1. Waterproof treatment must be done. When decorating, on the basis of the waterproof measures already taken by the developer, the second waterproof treatment can be carried out to prevent water seepage in the basement; the basement ceiling, floor and wall shall be waterproof.
2. Moistureproof materials must be selected. Basement is a humid place. When decorating and selecting materials, attention should be paid to waterproof mortar, wallpaper, vitrified brick and other moistureproof effects.
3. Adopt the design of ventilation and moisture dissipation. In the basement, the air circulation is very important. If possible, it is suggested to install a fresh air system to ensure that the basement can be ventilated at room temperature.
4. Install dehumidifier to absorb the excess moisture in the air of basement. Efficient dehumidification, water in the air into water drainage, to achieve the purpose of moisture-proof.
Fresh air dehumidification system
The principle of dehumidifier is that the fan sucks the moist air into the machine, and the refrigeration system of the compressor lowers the surface of the evaporator below the dew point temperature of the air. When the moist air passes through the evaporator, the water in the air will be decomposed and attached to the surface of the evaporator The water will flow along the hydrophilic platinum on the evaporator to the water tank and then to the water tank or drain pipe for drainage. After the dehumidified dry cold air is heated by the heat recovered from the condenser, the dry air will be discharged out of the machine, so as to achieve the drying effect in the wet room.
Strong dehumidification
The strong dehumidification function keeps the indoor humidity at a relatively comfortable humidity value for human body, and the relatively humid basement can also be dry and comfortable.
Fresh air ventilation
The fresh air dehumidifier can introduce fresh air, replace the dirty air, reduce the concentration of carbon dioxide and increase the oxygen content of indoor air.
In addition to haze sterilization
When the main engine is running, the fresh air or return air will pass through the purification end (primary effect filter screen, high-efficiency filter screen, etc.) in the machine, and will filter and purify the indoor and outdoor haze PM2.5, indoor toxic and harmful gases, formaldehyde, VOC, benzene series bacteria left in the decoration, so as to eliminate the mildew.
